What is needed:

1. high speed dsl or other high speed web connection
2. a subscription to Skype (Skype.com)
3. a high quality web cam. (Skype offers several cams (high quality webcams), the highest speed is recommended.

Payment:
Unfortunately insurance does not cover this kind of therapy session. Special rates do apply. It is recommended that before each session that payment be made through Paypal (seel below). A Paypal account is not necessary for this transaction but it is recommended that one be obtained.
